"I'll work as much as I can," said GMA cohost Robin Roberts. "Part of the reason I am coming forward is in case you tune in, and it looks like Kojak is sitting next to Diane, you'll understand why." Roberts was diagnosed with breast cancer in August, had surgery, and went back to work after a short rest. She will receive adjuvant chemotherapy, followed by radiation treatments, to prevent the recurrence of her cancer. Roberts, 46 and single, has no family history of breast cancer, and found a lump during a breast self exam. Her cancer was diagnosed in its early stages, and her prognosis is very good.
