Find your own road

Pam's ideas are great! Also I used visualization and guided imagery to kill cancer cells and see healthy cells in their place. I walked a lot and visualized myself killing cancer cells with every step I took. The main thing is to find your own road to healing; find things that work for you to nurture your soul.

never clean the catbox

my husband always cleaned the catbox while i was in treatment. i really didn't need the germs while my immune system was kaput.
