Express Your Thanks To Your Supporter
I'd like to thank my daughters, son, and in-laws for sticking by me since my diagnosis February 2011. But my greatest supporter is my husband, David Cobb, Sr.
My Greatest Breast Cancer Supporter
My greatest supporter is my husband, David Cobb, Sr. If I were to die right now, he could look in my coffin with no regret because he has done everything in his power for me.
Most Valuable Support Given
When they came up with the words--for better or worse, in sickness and in health--they had my husband in mind. I was diagnosed in February 2011. My husband was an over-the-road truck driver. March 2011, when I had my surgery, he quit his job and came home to take care of me. He drove me and sat with me through every appointment, every chemo treatment, every radiation treatment. My every wish, my every desire, he made sure was met. This man waited on me hand and foot, never leaving my side. I owe God a praise for putting this man in my life 41 years ago. He makes sure I eat, (have not lost a pound, even during chemo--in fact, I've gained weight), he washes the clothes, he just does everything for me.
Tips and Tricks
- There were times when I felt like giving up, but he was right there to encourage me, telling me that we do what we have to do to survive. Would not let me feel sorry for myself.
