Karl D. Stephan is a Full Professor at Ingram School of Engineering, Texas State University, San Marcos. He has a BSEE from Caltech, an MEng. from Cornell, and Ph.D. at University of Texas Austin in microwave engineering. He has published in the fields of microwave engineering, the history of technology, and engineering education.
