12 Ways to Detoxify Your Personal Environment

I'm always interested in ways to lower my risk of cancer, or of recurrence. When I finished reading "Anticancer" by David Servan-Schreiber, I was ready for some change. So we've been eating healthier, I've started going back to the gym, and looking for more things we can do to improve our health. Some of these things are simple and some require deep change. I agree with all of the suggestions and will add to limit alcohol consumption to one or fewer drinks per day.
