Coffee and Tea Do Not Increase Your Breast Cancer Risk

coffee cup My Dad and I have coffee every morning before we head out for the day. I prefer decaff - he likes the high-test stuff. Less caffeine is better for me, because I'm concerned about possible bone thinning. Moderate amounts of coffee and tea do not increase your risk for developing breast cancer. Caffeine in coffee and tea will cause fibrocystic breast lumps to swell, but that will not lead to breast cancer, either.
