Soy and Breast Cancer - Good or Bad?

My neighbor, Michiko, is from Japan, and grew up on a traditional Asian diet. She really knows how to prepare soy foods, in simple and elegant ways. Thanks to her, I've tried different kinds of soy foods. But since soy contains plant-based estrogens, there's a controversy - will soy prevent breast cancer - or will it make it worse? I have the answer for you - it depends on when you eat it. Hint - don't have soy and Tamoxifen at the same time.
