Hot Flash Solution - Cooler Than the Other Side of the Pillow

Thursday May 31, 2007
Chillow
SoothSoft Chillow
My personal heat wave arrived regularly every night as soon as I lay down. At its worst, the heat sensation went from the top of my head right down to my ankles, but usually my head, neck and shoulders were the hottest. Chemo for breast cancer had put me into instant menopause, and the legendary hot flashes had arrived! A sister survivor at my breast cancer support group introduced me to the Chillow, a small waterbed for my head and shoulders. The Chillow improved my sleep by wicking away that initial lie-down hot flash!
