my heart belongs to a survivor
Pink Tadpoles Design
Jennifer Von Powell is a busy homeschooling mother of five, whose mother and aunt are both breast cancer survivors. She and her husband Luke started Pink Tadpoles as a way to create unique shirts and onesies for their kids, but wanted to do more with their business. The Von Powells want to raise awareness and benefit the Search for the Cure at the same time. To do this, they created a Pink Ribbon Onesie, and for each purchase, they will donate $5.00 to the Susan G. Komen Foundation. Jennifer said, "Our current efforts are being concentrated on our Pink Ribbon design, in the hope that we can show those currently fighting the disease that the number of survivors is increasing. PiNk Tadpoles doesn't want to wait until October to show these women that we are supporting them in their battle."
