Mothers and daughters may share many memories, experiences, and challenges. At the Komen Race for the Cure, you will often see pairs of women from the same family, walking together, supporting each other in the quest for the cure. Two such survivors are Joy Feist and her mother Tressa Jensen. "Breast cancer puts an end to the procrastinations in your life," Feist said. They will be walking in the Komen Race in Salt Lake City on Saturday, the day before Mother's Day. If your mother, sister, or daughter has had breast cancer, your own risk is doubled.
