Elizabeth Edwards Back in the Battle, Presidential Campaign Continues

John and Elizabeth Edwards have announced that her breast cancer has returned and spread to a bone. He was very supportive of her during the first occurence of her breast cancer, and upon the death of their son Wade, a story she recounts in her book "Saving Graces." John Edwards ran for U.S. Vice President under John Kerry, and is now in the race for President, a bid which he plans to continue, saying of his wife's cancer, "We are very optimistic." Speaking of his campaign schedule, Edwards said, "Any time, any place I need to be with Elizabeth, I will be there."

I have many disagreements with Elizabeth Edwards. I am lucky to live in a country where that is excepted.
HOWEVER, I support her 110% in every effort she makes to defeat cancer. There are NO political or ethical lines drawn when it comes to fighting this battle. God bless you Elizabeth, I’ll pray for you and the rest of the pink ribboners.
