How much time and energy per week do you spend doing housework? Have you ever thought of housework as exercise? A new study shows that 30 - 45 minutes of exercise done at least 5 times each week will help reduce your risk of developing breast cancer by 30%. That holds true whether you are pre- or postmenopausal. The study was based in the UK and followed 218,169 women aged from 20 to 80 years old. Data was taken for nearly six and a half years. The researchers found that housework was a “main source of activity” for women living in Europe.
